I ordered two pairs of shorts on April 1, expecting them to ship around April 10 as advertised. Instead, it took over three months to receive my full order.
The biggest issue wasn’t the delay—it was the constant false promises. Every time I contacted customer service, I was given a new shipping date that came and went: June 4, “within a week,” June 25, “next week,” then “by Monday.” None happened.
Communication was terrible. I had to keep reaching out for updates, one response took two weeks, and I even received a shipping notification that incorrectly made it seem both pairs had shipped. If they had simply been honest from the beginning, I would’ve understood. Instead, I spent months getting inaccurate timelines.The shorts are nice, but the customer service and fulfillment were among the worst I’ve experienced. I won’t be ordering from Ryker again. We are making the switch to cotton, wool, & linen as the budget allows, so I got these as a Father’s Day gift. The shirts fit well, wash well, and hold their shape & color beautifully.

Great fit and material. I purchased for under my uniform and would recommend sizing down if thats your intention

We’ve been looking for some non-toxic activewear for a while… Believe it or not it’s hard to find! My husband has been impressed with these so far… He initially thought the shorts were too small, but after wearing them around for a bit ultimately liked them. He did wish the T-shirts were a bit more fitted, but better than anything else we’ve found!

Placed my order almost a month ago. I contacted customer service last week and have followed up 2X times with no response. Beyond disappointed.
