Supply Chain Transparency
If you care about what you put on your body, you probably want transparency about our materials and manufacturing.
That’s why we’re transparent about every step of our supply chain — from raw materials to finished product — and back it up with independent certifications and third-party testing.
Our Materials
We exclusively use natural fibers — primarily organic cotton and Merino wool — because they’re breathable, durable, and non-toxic.
Organic Cotton
All of our cotton is GOTS-certified organic cotton, meaning it meets strict standards for environmental safety, chemical use, and traceability.
Where it’s sourced:
For garments manufactured in Turkey, the organic cotton is sourced from Turkey
For garments manufactured in Vietnam and China, the organic cotton is sourced from India
In all cases, the cotton is:
Grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers
Processed without toxic dyes or finishes
Fully traceable from farm to finished fabric
Merino Wool
Our Merino wool is selected for softness, durability, and its natural stretch.
Where it’s sourced:
Our Merino wool is sourced in New Zealand - and ethically harvested according to strict animal welfare standards
Additionally, our Merino wool
Does not use the traditional superwashing process - it's free of Hercosett, instead using a GOTS compliant process to maintain baseline machine washability. See more here.
3rd party tested to be free of BPA, PFAS, and phthalates

Our Manufacturing Partners
We work with a small group of long-term manufacturing partners in Turkey, Vietnam, and China — regions with deep expertise in natural-fiber textiles.
Every factory we work with:

Pays fair, legal wages
Maintains safe working conditions
Is audited for labor and environmental compliance
Meets international textile standards
Our team has personally visited every single factory we work with - and we'll never compromise on ethical and safe factory environments.
Certifications & 3rd Party Testing
Every single manufacturer and fabric mill we work with is certified under GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 class 1.
What does this mean?
GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard. It means our cotton has been grown & processed without the synthetic pesticides or toxic chemicals (like formaldehyde), commonly found in conventional cotton.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 means all of our fibers, fabrics, and dyes have been 3rd party tested for a variety of toxic substances - including BPA, PFAS and other endocrine disruptors. When you wear Ryker, you can be confident you're only wearing the best.
Not only do we rely on regular factory audits from the governing bodies of GOTS & OEKO-TEX Standard 100, but we also independently test our fabrics & end garments. They are completely free of BPA, PFAS, and phthalates.

Our Production Stages
Fiber Sourcing
We start with only natural fibers — organic cotton and Merino wool — sourced from regions with long-standing expertise in high-quality textile production.
Organic cotton
Sourced from Turkey for garments produced in Turkey
Sourced from India for garments produced in Vietnam and China
GOTS-certified organic and fully traceable
Merino wool
Sourced from trusted wool suppliers and selected for softness, durability, and safety
Independently tested to meet strict chemical-safety standards
Yarn Production
Once sourced, fibers are spun into yarn using processes designed to minimize environmental impact and chemical exposure, using...
No toxic solvents
No heavy metals
No harmful finishing agents
All treatments used at this stage comply with GOTS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements to ensure our yarn is safe.
Fabric Production
The yarn is then knit into fabric at specialized mills experienced in working with natural fibers.
Unlike many synthetic garments (polyester, nylon, etc.), our fabrics are never treated with toxic chemicals like...
BPA or BPS
PFAS or fluorinated finishes
Phthalates or other endocrine disrupting chemicals
Much like our yarn production, all treatments used at this stage comply with GOTS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements to ensure our fabrics are safe.
Garment Production
Fabrics are cut and sewn into finished garments at our partner factories, then dyed using OEKO-TEX®–certified dyes that meet strict safety standards.
What this means:
Dyes are screened for hundreds of harmful substances
No carcinogenic or hormone-disrupting chemicals
Safe for prolonged skin contact
