I’ll start with the good. The Apex shorts felt very comfortable on the skin and knowing I am wearing clothing made of natural fibers definitely is a plus. And, yes, I would buy them again.

For the bad, or let’s say, what could use improvement is the fit. They felt snug and it was an effort to get it to my waistline. I believe the reason for this is that the amount of fabric was skimpy.

I am saying that because I am about 5”6 and about 180 lbs. and bought the extra-large as you advised. I’m glad I did because the extra-large was snug, which I found puzzling.

I normally just wear large size shorts and the ones I own are almost baggy. So when I wore your shorts in extra large and they fit snugly, I wonder what size would those who are much bigger than me wear. If Ryker makes the sizing for large and extra large normally what large and extra large are for other clothing manufacturers, I would be inclined to continue to buy your Apex shorts.

Having said the above, I am willing to try the Ares. Maybe, without the lining, the extra large would fit better. What do you think?

Never going back to Lulu or vuori. Same level of comfort without the BS.

Bought these shorts and they are comfortable. They’re my new go to for running. Only recommendation is to buy a size up.

I love these shorts, they’re super comfortable and don’t leave me feeling sticky and gross if I wear them all day.

Love these shorts. One pair showed up with holes in the liner, so be sure to inspect upon arrival. The problem was fixed right away thanks to the customer service. They are fairly pricey, but worth it. Take the polyester off and let’s go back to natural fibers! Will be getting rid of all my old plastic workout clothing and buying more of THESE
