I don't microwave plastic. Why would I microwave myself in it?

Even if you don't buy that polyester is always a big problem, it's clearly a problem in the sauna.
"Look, I'm not totally sold on the "polyester is horrible for you" thing. But wearing polyester in the sauna just seems stupid. Literally heating up plastic against your groin. Gross. I switched to these and have more peace of mind. And they're actually shockingly good for the gym as well, so I've been wearing them there as well.

Won't wool be hot in a sauna?
No. Merino wool is NOT your grandma’s wool sweater. It regulates temperature and pulls sweat off your skin. The liner is thin and breathable.
Can I go straight from my workout to the sauna in them?

For Apex shorts (built in liner), we recommend sizing down. If you're a large in Lulu, we recommend ordering a medium.
