With the nod to TNG aside...these shorts are not short on comfort. The material is incredibly soft and seemingly well manufactured. I look forward to buying a few more pairs to replace the UA and Lulu synthetic shorts that I no longer have the desire to wear. If I had one request...make a 9" version. Other than that, these are a great buy!

I went for Ryker's shorts because of its plastic-free content but was pleasantly surprised how much one can excel in the quality of such simple product as athleticwear shorts. The silhouette of the shorts is truly athletic yet it doesn't scream sport, hence it became my casual daily wear. As for the feel, the cotton and the merino are definitely on the higher-end since it feels dense and light at the same time. I was also surprised with neat sizing, they are absolutely perfect fit.

Made my first Ryker purchase, and it won’t be the last. Was a little skeptical of the wool liner when I ordered, and so surprised when I received. Soft and comfortable liner that performed throughout my workouts in the gym and on the court. As someone who sweats and chafes with the wrong gear, the Apex short and liner are a perfect solution.

Been wanting to move away from polyester-based gym wear for a while, and these Ryker shorts have been the perfect upgrade. The fact that they’re made from cotton with a liner of merino wool really makes a difference. They feel super natural, breathable, and unbelievably comfortable.

I wear them constantly now, whether it’s for workouts or just day-to-day activities. They’re versatile, look great, and have quickly become my go-to pair of shorts. The comfort is on another level, and I love that they don’t have that synthetic feel most athletic shorts do.

Highly recommend these if you’re looking for something that blends performance with comfort in a more natural fabric.

Great shorts, I ordered a large as it said to order a size up but I returned for M and it was fine. Quality is high and it feels good to not be blasting my nuts with polyester
