What's the problem with polyester?
Polyester is literally made of 100% plastic. This means when you wear it & wash it, it can leach tons of microplastics in the water supply and into the air around you. It's also chock full of toxic chemicals (like BPA, bleach and formaldehyde). If you're worried about plastic and avoid things like plastic bottles and tupperware, you should avoid polyester.
Why organic cotton?
Organic cotton is the perfect natural fiber. It's free of toxic pesticides and harmful synthetic chemicals. It's also naturally soft & highly breathable - perfect for activewear. And the best part? We specifically weave our organic cotton fibers to keep their natural stretch - make them ideal for gym shorts.
Why Merino wool liner?
Gym shorts made with wool? We know what you're thinking. But Merino wool is different. It's naturally stretchy, odor resistant, and temperature regulating. And its ultrafine fibers means it doesn't itch like normal wool. This makes it perfect for built-in compression liner.
Do they fit & function like normal gym shorts?
